Shipping Policy

I  will endeavour at all times, to meet the 3-5 day processing time. However, on rare occasions, it may not be achievable due to illness or shortages. Consequently, if for any reason this unfortunately applies, I will undertake to meet your order in a timely manner and will keep you informed.

UK
All UK shipping uses in the main Royal Mail but also Hermes parcel services for larger packages.
Services used are detailed below:

ROYAL MAIL
1. Royal Mail 1st class signed for UK mail service is used for A5 & A4 sized prints and artwork. Normal delivery time is 2 to 3 days.
2. Royal Mail 48 tracked & signed UK mail service will be used for larger A3 items. Normal delivery time is 2 to 3 days.

EVRI
Most parcel items, larger than A3 size, are usually sent in the UK by Evri parcel delivery company. Standard delivery time is 3 - 5 days.

EUROPE
Competitive delivery prices apply. Europe Services used are below:

ROYAL MAIL
Tracked and signed Royal Mail Europe service is used for all items except for A2 & A3 sized items.

EVRI
A2 and A3 prints and artworks, which are considered larger packages over 2kg, are sent using Evri, Europe service.

USA & REST OF THE WORLD
Competitive delivery prices apply. World Services used are below:

ROYAL MAIL
Tracked and signed Royal Mail Rest of the World service is used for all items except for A2 & A3 items

DHL
A2 and A3 artworks, which are considered larger packages over 2kg, are sent using DHL , Rest of the World service.

Refund Policy

In order to cancel your order, request a refund or request an exchange you can do so within 14? days of receipt,  in either of two ways as follows:

  1. Notify the artist - email \"testartist@ domain.com?\", who will issue a refund request to SCOTSY for SCOTSY to process. This will be in accord with whether the item(s) are still to be dispatched, in shipment or, shipped requiring a return.
  2. Make a refund claim request direct to SCOTSY admin.
    You can see the refund options from your Order Dashboard in MyAccount.
    Click on your order Refund button in the Action column on the right-hand side of the Order Dashboard.
    You will be prompted to fill-up a few fields and enter the details of your refund request.
    Customers can ask for a full refund or partial refund.
    Admin will receive your request when you submit it and in turn process it.

General:

Refund requests will require proof of postage or evidence that the item has been returned when they apply.

Finally, please note, the following types of items are non-refundable unless faulty:
- Items that are personalised.
- Items ‘made to order’ to your specific requirements (eg. print produced to a requested size).
- Items that are bespoke in some other way.

CANCELLATION

You have 14 days from purchase to cancel.

In the first instance, please contact the Artist by email at artist@domain.com to cancel an order.

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS

You have the right to return the item(s) if they develop a fault within 6 months of receipt of the item(s). You may be entitled to a full or partial refund, a repair or a replacement, depending on the circumstances.
