Print Details:

7 x 7 in. square owl art print, on fine art Hahnemühle photo rag A4 size paper.

A giclee digital process is utilised and uses an epson ink-jet printer to produce a hiqh quality, long life print.

(A4 size is about 8.3 x 11.7 in.)

About ‘Ozzy Owl’ original Faye Anderson painting.

The Ozzy owl giclée art print is a high quality reproduction of my original egg tempera on square board painting. The painting medium enables a very detailed painting of his large forward facing eyes and hawk like curved beak. Also, his intricate feathers have been made warm and soft looking.

Authentication of your Ozzy owl gliclee print.

I will title and sign your print ‘On the front, underneath the image’.

Your Ozzy owl print can then be framed with a border, to show the authentication at the bottom of the frame aperture. Alternatively, if you prefer a matt, the signing can be just inside the bottom of the matt aperture.

I will endeavour at all times, to meet the 3-5 day processing time. However, on rare occasions, it may not be achievable due to illness or shortages. Consequently, if for any reason this unfortunately applies, I will undertake to meet your order in a timely manner and will keep you informed.

UK
All UK shipping uses in the main Royal Mail but also Hermes parcel services for larger packages.

1. Royal Mail 1st class signed for UK mail service is used for A5 & A4 sized prints and artwork. Normal delivery time is 2 to 3 days.
2. Royal Mail 48 tracked & signed UK mail service will be used for larger A3 items. Normal delivery time is 2 to 3 days.

HERMES
Most parcel items, larger than A3 size, are usually sent in the UK by Hermes Parcel Courier service. Standard delivery time is 3 - 5 days.

EUROPE
Competitive delivery prices apply. Europe Services used are below:

ROYAL MAIL
Tracked and signed Royal Mail Europe service is used for all items except for A2 & A3 sized items.

HERMES
A2 and A3 prints and artworks, which are considered larger packages over 2kg, are sent using Hermes, Europe service.

USA & REST OF THE WORLD
Competitive delivery prices apply. World Services used are below:

ROYAL MAIL
Tracked and signed Royal Mail Rest of the World service is used for all items except for A2 & A3 items

DHL
A2 and A3 artworks, which are considered larger packages over 2kg, are sent using DHL , Rest of the World service.

Refund Policy

In order to cancel your order, request a refund, or request an exchange, you must notify

within 14 days, from receipt.
Please note, the following types of items are non-refundable unless faulty:
- Items that are personalised.
- Items ‘made to order’ to your specific requirements (eg. print produced to a requested size).
- Items that are bespoke in some other way.
A full refund of the cost of the item and any postage costs paid, will be applied within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item(s). Proof of postage or evidence that the item has been returned, will be required.
