I will endeavour at all times, to meet the 3-5 day processing time. However, on rare occasions, it may not be achievable due to illness or shortages. Consequently, if for any reason this unfortunately applies, I will undertake to meet your order in a timely manner and will keep you informed.
All UK shipping uses in the main Royal Mail but also Hermes parcel services for larger packages.
Services used are detailed below:
1. Royal Mail 1st class signed for UK mail service is used for A5 & A4 sized prints and artwork. Normal delivery time is 2 to 3 days.
2. Royal Mail 48 tracked & signed UK mail service will be used for larger A3 items. Normal delivery time is 2 to 3 days.
Most parcel items, larger than A3 size, are usually sent in the UK by Hermes Parcel Courier service. Standard delivery time is 3 - 5 days.

Tracked and signed Royal Mail Europe service is used for all items except for A2 & A3 sized items.
A2 and A3 prints and artworks, which are considered larger packages over 2kg, are sent using Hermes, Europe service.
USA & REST OF THE WORLD

In order to cancel your order, request a refund, or request an exchange, you must notify

Please note, the following types of items are non-refundable unless faulty:
- Items that are personalised.
- Items ‘made to order’ to your specific requirements (eg. print produced to a requested size).
- Items that are bespoke in some other way.
A full refund of the cost of the item and any postage costs paid, will be applied within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item(s). Proof of postage or evidence that the item has been returned, will be required.
